GateKey provides a comprehensive visitor management system that includes QR code generation, real-time notifications, pre-appointment booking, and analytics dashboard for residential and commercial properties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We collect and process visitor data including names, contact information, photos, and visit details solely for the purpose of providing the visitor management service. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

All content, features, and functionality of GateKey are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
